About Applying to the Program

The Program is designed to accommodate a maximum of 15 participants each year. Candidates may apply personally or be nominated by a community organization or other interested parties or by an individual associated with the Institute.

A conscious effort is made to form a group with a balance of ages, ethnic origins, gender, occupation and interest.

Candidates should :

• Have a commitment to participation in public service or civic affairs.
• Be interested in serving a community organization.
• Have a commitment to developing leadership skills.

An educational background of at least senior status in high school is recommended.
